The products sold in the store are health and personal care products. Therefore, we regret that once the pack is opened, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for any possible exchange, it must be due to defect or damage of the product, or a wrongly delivered item. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of defect or damage, the items will be replaced by the same product.

Shipping cost for products returning to us will be bourne by yourself.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item that is at least $24, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher amounts. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
