When can I expect my order to arrive?

Do expect a processing time of 3-5 days (not including weekends) from your date of order (before 5pm) when you order from our online store. All orders will be sent by SingPost Registered mail.

I did not receive my order. Where is it?

Do check your if your parcel is possibly sitting in your shipping address mailbox.

If your order remains undelivered after 7 days, you can contact customer support at +65 9787 1379, or reach us through email by clicking the message icon at the bottom right of your screen. Don't forget to provide the following information: name specified in the order, your order number, your contact number.

I received the wrong product. / I only received part of my order.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a purchase only for it to be the incorrect items or have missing items.

I received a notification that my order has been shipped out on the same day of my purchase. However, I did not receive the order on the same day.
